Your rating is a bit shallow and naive. Animation can be flashy but really in the end its always about the story and the messege within it. Yes the character designs are rather simple but that is the style they wanted. The over all style is relaxed will soft colors. Also notice that on more than one occasion they use this stlye to emulate traditonal japanese painting in the background art. Animataion is about motion and this movie excells at portaiting it smoothly and acurately Im a big fn o SG

i think the movie was great. well eventhough it doesn't has any climax or perfect endings like most animated movies, this movie makes u smile in the end.
