  • Is it just me, or is this extremely fast? I've never done yoga at this speed before.

  • Well, Youtube has a 10-minutes limit, so we had to go a little faster than usual... Quite a few Yoga Practicioner find i helpful to do it in 10 minutes. If you don't have the time to do the full 90-minutes, what is the normal duration of a Yoga Vidya Yoga Class, at least you can do 10 minutes...

  • As the title states, this is an Intermediate class, so if you've taken classes before, the speed isn't that surprising. I found it perfect for an energizing wake-up practice when I'm in a rush to start my day.

The instructor's voice is very soothing, and his teaching is helpful to keep you mindful of what you're body is doing.

    I like it!

  • You can totally practice yoga at a faster pace. It's great to get the heart rate up. As long as you do it w/ focus and awareness, it's still yoga. I love the video. Very energizing.

  • Study and adapt.

Matching the pace of the video is a fool's errand, absorb and then slow it down.

  • hehe yeah I can't keep up so couldn't do this vid

  • This is busy-man-way - the fater service - the better:))

  • dear Lg, this are the chantings for sun salutation. it means we are praying SUN the GOD. this are called mantra in indian language. all the names like surya, aditya, ravi, hrinyagarbhaya, mitra, are the names of sun and the meaning of allthe mantras are same that we salute the GOD sun.
