Judging by Ken Clarke's comments, it's hilarious how accurate this video is.

If you have the entire nation's DNA profiles in a database, and you trawl through it looking for a matching profile to a sample you've got at a scene, it's likely that a number of innocent people will be flagged.
These people are then dragged through the criminal justice system, having to prove their innocence because there's a million to one chance that the match is coincidental.
If you try a million-to-one shot 60 million times, you should expect to get 60 coincidental, random matches.

and why shouldnt it be.. if i was mugged, burgled had my car nicked its good that they can find trace evidence of the person who committed the crime even better if they are on the system and can be caught

@superglaze why are you afraid of them having your DNA? i'm not insinuating anything I'm just curious as to why people would be so narked over having it taken, if you're arrested you already have you finger prints taken which as we know are completely unique just like DNA so whats the problem you see with it? genuine question not taking the mick..

Cameron is a smuck , This video proves it , The country is ridled with crimes against children , Woman and old people and he wants to make things easier for the criminals . No CCTV . What a laugh . Then when your Daughter is kidnapped by a rapist there is no surveillance footage to look at , Will you then thank Cameron the smuck and say " O its ok , My daughter will get over it " Hell NO. ♂∞❤♪♫♪♫•*¨*•:*♩♫♬♮¨*•:☆♥♓JGN☺∑

Not only that, but apparently now DNA evidence is routinely used in burglaries, rather than just rape and murder cases, according to Labour...
So, if you're against the DNA database and CCTV then you must be a criminal. Nice logic.

Hmm. Can I take a long hard look over Labour's record over the past thirteen years instead?
