i completely agree with Barnett's view on Arlovski working too much on boxing
after doing kickboxing and thai boxing for many years, I went to a boxing gym to get my hands better but it's so different.
i thought, I'm gonna train in boxing for 2-3 years and have the most viscous hands and go to a kickboxing match and wreck people
boxing did help me but the whole weaving, ducking is different in boxing. i think to train in boxing is good but if you do TOO MUCH boxing then it may hurt you in MMA

Most mma fighters use steroids to help them heal not to get big , its so they can get better cardio.
