From the album "Romance and Yasmin" (2004). Sefardic religious song about giving to Moshe (Moses) The Torah (the Ten Commandments) on Sinai.
On the photos nature of Eretz-Israel.
Someone posted a translation under the first video to this song that unfortunately I must replace. I thought it'll be better to post it in the describtion because it'll help those listeners to understand the song who don't know hebrew and ladino. The translation was made by the user isrickstar:
G-d our Lord sent for Moises our Master in order to give The True Law that starts with I am The Lord your G-d... Moises went up to the sky without bread or water. Our G-d, when G-d said I am..., at mount Sinai He made shine with fires and the Shofar's voice, all Israel He made to tremble, when G-d said I am..., He gave us the Ten Commandments with its (...) and Secrets, there they were the Souls, when G-d said I am... Please G-d save us, our sins (...) Eliyahu... When G-d said I am...
Whith tears in my eyes i hear this song. She sings much better the traditional ones, than the commercial=modern songs.
This is an amazingly painfull song, it takes you back in time.
