This video shows us the time we use to take with our children, and in our fast paced lives today we simply give our kids pills for a quick and easy fix. We have no regard to what the ramifications of these medications might hold. We need to educate ourselves about what we are really putting in the bodies of our children. Most people don't realize food allergies are the number one cause of a.d.d. and a.d.h.d symptoms.

We are going through the process of allergy screening for my kids. It floors me how fast our kids can be labeled with A.D.D. or A.D.H.D. today. It is made all to easy to just simply treat a child for these disorders with medications, than to actually take the time to find the root of their problems.
