Good one, mate. Economists finally seeing value in standing trees. Pathetic mutts.
I saw a investigative piece on Dateline (I think) about corporations rushing to claim vast areas of Amazon forest to use as carbon credits. They actually has guys employed to go out in the jungle and paint-ring the trees much like car park poles are coloured in order to show what corp owned what trees. The locals were being jailed if they cut down a tree to repair their hut roof etc. GM was one corp mentioned.

@ChrizstianC Yes this is BS yet people are falling for it. People like Al Gore are laughing all the way to bank, as mentioned by ( Truthseeking ) we are getting taxed for breathing. As for the Amazon this is really sad to hear and for the people in the region, and now the Government has said that as of 2012 all new homes will have ( Smart Meters ) installed. Its F-en disgusting !!!!!
