Delicious!!! My family of four ate two servings each!

Some variations were as followed:

used the ground turkey (it was mentioned that chicken could be used)

peeled the eggplants and chopped off the flower parts and the end parts

did not have nutmeg for the final topping layer

added a thin layer of shredded mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese after the first layer of meat mixture.

I look forward to trying some more of your recipes.
