"The Power of Love" is a single and song from the 1993 album, "The Colour of My Love", by Céline Dion. The album was released on Epic Records (Sony Music) and had several producers, including David Foster and Walter Afanasieff. The album was a worldwide success and has sold over 6 million copies in the U.S alone. The album topped the charts in several countries, including the UK, Australia and Canada; it peaked at #4 on the U.S. Billboard 200. The album produced seven charting singles, including "When I Fall in Love", Think Twice", and "The Power of Love".
"The Power of Love" was written by Gunther Mende, Candy DeRouge, Jennifer Rush and Mary Susan Applegate. The single was produced by David Foster and John Fields and was released on the Columbia and Epic labels. The single was a hit worldwide, topping the singles charts in the U.S., Canada and Australia. "The Power of Love" was originally recorded by Jennifer Rush for her 1984 album "Jennifer Rush" on CBS Records.The single was a worldwide success, reaching #1 in several countries including the UK and Australia.
This live version of "The Power of Love" is from the 03 August 1994 episode of the Arsenio Hall television program. Other guests on the show were Elle Macpherson and Jackie Collins.

Celine is always a hit, Harold. I have this album on cd and love this song. I made a special trip to Las Vegas one time to see her perform at Caesars Palace. What a show it was. Thanks for the share!
