Got a second?
What if you had a boat with 300hp, a fiberglass hull made with hemp resin, go from 0 mph to 60 mph in 4 seconds, AND run off of 20 bales of your own homegrown AMERICAN or imported hemp converted to biodiesel diesel?
What if also, the deck was a solar panel to convert sunlight to electricity?
As we seek to be free from foreign oil, we should look at capitalizing off of products created from American soil...a rhyme for your time.
Further, as an example, the WTCC (World Touring Car Championship) will feature high-performance race cars than run off of biofuel in 2009 to help reduce the use of fossil fuels as an organic solution:

biodiesel is nice and all but still sucks compared to hydrogen. and another thing is ethanol... why the hell do we use corn for it? There are several better veggies that will produce much more ethanol. Corn only hikes the price of our foods up and is a waste of energy when producing ethanol. Sugar cane or sugar beets should be used instead of destroying our farming.

an honest answer.
you don't convert bails of hemp into biodiesel, hemp is the fibre. You convert hemp-OIL into biodiesel, the oil comes from the cannabis seeds, which arn't on the bail.
However, An eco-friendly boat isn't going to be a 300hp "0-60mph in 4 seconds" powerhouse, it'd be designed to be fuel efficient.
You'll get seeds by waiting for cannabis to flower. Harvest your smokable buds and biodiesel seeds at the same time, fuck the fibre lol :)
