This is great. I've never heard this done in Arabic! I had no idea the opera community was alive and well in the UAE. I wonder if any other middle eastern countries have thriving opera programs???

There is a opera house in cairo too, as much as i know.

In Israel, if you consider this middle east, there is also an opera company but they sing in the original language.
