The only thing that it has in common is the "Judas Juda-aw-aw" background bass synth. And that beat is actually very, VERY common. Even though yes, this bass synth is the same somewhat, it is a very common jazz-scale-based bass chord progression that is in many, MANY, songs.

Plus RedOne applied the beats to the majority of Lady Gaga's songs on the Born This Way. Blame them.

Cheap-looking music video, and the song just sucks in general. She looks like a coked out Rachel McAdams.

This video doesn't do her beauty any justice. I've seen plenty of vids where she's absolutely stunning, but the lashings of red lipstick and specific shade of blonde are just washing her out.
