  • Does this "eat whatever you want as long as it fits your macros" apply to people who have a high body fat percentage also, or is it for only people who are already lean like you?

  • @FAA041909 To be honest, I can only speak for myself... So don't quote me or anything. My understanding of the way the body works is that if you burn more calories than how much you consume per day, week, month, etc... Then by the laws of thermodynamics you will lose weight. That's it simplified.

  • smoke a lil weed occasionally matt.. no bullshit!! it wont affect your workout much, it boosts the metabolism and your heart rate, but most importantly you'll get better quality in your sleep and proper rest is key to body building;

  • @flexforall2 Just wondering but who are your coaches? and i understand that you need to get your macro nutrients and you can substitute but is there a website that will make a good diet for you based on height and weight and everything? or how did you make your diet plan

  • you can't really tell if only FITTING YOUR MACROS works because you're still at a calorie deficit so its obvious you're still going to lose weight. Whether you're going to lose it at an optimal rate is another discussion. Studies have shown that a calorie deficit with higher insulin levels and higher GI carbs makes you lose a worse fat/muscle ratio.
