I got a chance to meet this wonderful and wise man and his team a day before the marathon in Luxembourg. This will be unforgettable for me! I thought I'd meet a man who focuses on training, running, success... yet, he is a modest, kind and wise, spiritual man who inspires me and soothes my soul.

@NaturalBornHedonist Smoking is strictly forbidden in the Sikh religion. Although a lot of people drink in the Punjab region, proper Sikhs do not. I do however agree with you on the age part. If I had to guess how old he was, I would say between 80-90 yrs.

@NaturalBornHedonist Have some respect, and by the way he is 100! Hedonism is an argument linked with pleasure, and eternal love towards others, it is a moral agument in philosophy linking with a decision making method. Simply about pleasure for one and others. Where is the pleasure in stating such a negative, spiteful comment on the internet like that.
