If in Game your Sprays Have HORRIBLE Quality. What you need to do, to get the quality up is just goto

Options Video Advance
and then goto
"Texture Quality"
and raise it to High, although
this can be an FPS eater.

If you would make porn sprays then fine but you would probably be banned from almost every server in CS:S since no one allows porn.
