@ullasrajchellappan1 Dear Friend, I was born and live in Texas - I wake up yesterday morning and discover the miracle of Illayaraja's gorgeous music. Two things to say as I feel your pain..new movies or actors will never satisfy us- especially after seeing at least thirty clips with the master's music, and the stars of the day. The 60's/70's vibe has left the planet. My brother & I watch only the old films. Maybe we can all do that, and not support new. I miss Balachander.'s Veena, and Ramani.

@TheAmanmathur Dont worry, we in malayalam is also facing the same problem . The superstars are ruling malyalam cinema, leading to its ultimate graveyard. The heroines are not even worth mentioning. none has any charisma or personality, all something between male and female...i think we should watch hollywood or bollywood movies for sometime till this gets sorted out. All the current crop of actors and actressed should get thrown out and we need fresh talent. There should be a retirement age.

Roobini is gorgeous. Tamil had some pretty charismatic actresses like Padmini, Shobana, Roobini, Sri Devi, Nadiya, Simran, Amala.............. The current crop is utter useless despite all their glamour quotient. I guess the tamil filmdom lost its soul somewhere in the late 90s and early last decade with the rise of nepotism in the likes of Vijay, Simbu, Vishal et al. Btw, an awesome song.
