My mum's favourite band from the mid/late 80's!
'Break Down The Walls' taken from the 1987 album 'Excess All Areas'. Shy's biggest hit, co-written with Don Dokken.
Band members : Tony Mills (vocals), Steve Harris (guitars), Paddy McKenna (keyboards), Mark Badrick (bass) and Alan Kelly (drums).
Tony Mills is now vocalist with TNT.
Buy it on CD - you won't regret it!! (Well, except me, cos my mum plays it all the time in the car and it's slowly driving me mad!!!)

these lads wern't glam! they were british aor rockers with long hair. the shy LP s were simply great aor and certainly compared well to the american stuff out at the same time. shame they were not appreciated more....

played a gig with alan kelly ( drummer) just last night! He was filling in as a bassist for his sons band Big screen heroes which im in :D great stuff and great song :D

I prefer Brave the storm Album but also Excess all areas is good and this song is one of the best.
