Monica tells Alan that she wants that their marriage works and offers him after she begs him not to drink very much to visit him in his bedroom because she thinks they cannott continue this like they have done, because it would be only a marriage on the paper.Alan agrees and tell her to wait for her in his room later, but begs her to let him alone for a while now so that he can thinking about a few bad things which she has told him for a short time.
Monica answers him that he was the one who has told bad things. Alans tells her that she has told him the most terrible threat, not to bring his son in his house. she apologizes and tells him that she would like to bring AJ here but she wants to be sure if they (she &Alan) can live together again. she reminds him that he promise that it will never happen again what hapeend at the least time(he was very rough to her and forced her to sleep with him) ans that this is the reason why she will come to his room later.
Rick speaks with Howard ans Zelda about Monicas deposition. Zelda tells him that some has applies to open the seall(it was tracy).They told him that they wanted to tell him this as first and not Monica. Rick thanks them and is glad that they have done this. he wants to know if it is possible to stop tracy's request legal at these moment. Howard confesses that the chance is not very high. Rick tells them that he will try to explain it Monica very gentle but that it will be not easy when Alan stands behind her or hears the phonecall.
Alan reads a short part of the copy from Monicas deposition:That they(M&A) have told if there is a possibility to live together in the future and how they feel the love for eachother. if they would handle it to hurt the people who loves them(lesley&Alan) and with which they are married and from which they have estranged.
Edward calls and wants to know from Alan if Monica is in the near. Alan answers hi that she is not wants to know what is wrong. Edward tells him that he canot tell him that on the phone and that it very important that tracy, alan an he meet them alone without Monica still on these evening, he wants from him that he organize it, so that they three can speak open with eachother.
