@25buteful dont let anyone tell you because your black that you cant love country. This music has more meanin to it then anythin else out there. Im white I love country but I also love R&B and rap. Color means nothing. Love or the music is what counts.

i used to play this for my wife on guitar and our son loves music to. when he still was not speaking a word at age 4 several different diagnoses were floating about each holding a similar doom to it,then one day as if he'd been speaking just fine he pointed to my guitar and said his first words. ' play song daddy' i started to play this song and he sang right with us as if nothing had ever been wrong and has been chattering away every since. i love this song.

I am a black gurl and this is one of my fav songs. PPl thinks its strange that I listen to country but just because Im balck it does not mean that I have to listen to R&B or rap. Country songs have more meaning to me. ImJusSayin!
