@concussedcarneous obviously not there are numerous accounts of Russian billionaires that are rotting in jail and their properties taken away from them
but in order to make a change you need to be some sort of a tyrant (cant make a cake without breaking some eggs) time will tell if it was cost effective and of course will show us the reason none of us chooses tyranny voluntarily since once he will finish his job will he give up the intoxicating power ? i
