I bought the loc Soc and have tried it once. It is so much tighter than I expected. It feels like putting pantyhose on your head :) I think my curls were more crushed and flattened with this technique. I guess I will stick with the "modified pineapple" with a scarf technique that I got from misspikas. Thanks anyway.

Looking forward to your workout routines. Definately compete . . . I've been in the fitness industry for 7 years now . . . Sonya is awesome . . . she just won the first Bikini Olympia a couple weeks ago (I'm really into that stuff). It 's cool to see another natural sista focused on the health of her body:-) Where can I buy a loc soc? . . . And when you co-wash and go, what conditioner(s) will you leave in? @FDPrincess412 :) thank you. I get the locks socks at cheaplocsocs (.com) or soclocsoc (.com). When i do a wash and go i usually use curl junkie's curl rehab conditioner or blended beauty herbal conditioner.

I love Sonya Gonzales! I was there when she got her pro card in Figure a few years back. I can't wait to see your workout routine (no homo lol). Also I love your hair...I've only been natural 9 months so i'm not sure if my hair is long enough to use the LOC SOC...hmmm???.

@MsJinfitness Well it doesn't have to be long to use it, the fact that is long is only helpful when your hair gets to that length where everything else only scrunches it up. You can still use it
