Hi Dustpuppy, i made this video response for you, i turned on the input echo as you told me to, and wow i was able to hear the mic, although there was alot of stuttering and audio drop out, but am working towards that,
Any way, my main problem here is that, since you told me that ASIO was the much better for cancelling echoes and stuttering, i clicked on ASIO, but i coudnt use my mic with ASIO, So i tried WDM/KS, but when i used WDM/KS as the driver mode, i couldnt use any other of the driver modes, each time i click on MME[32-Bit] or ASIO and then click okay, the audio options page wont accept my changes, ti just blinks and appears again, as you have seen in the video.
So please could you tell me what to do.
Thanks.
hey i have that same problem now! didnt have it then though.. i end up exing it to close it now..wont close on close...

Hi - thanks for this. I like the sound track in the background LOL
That is a bit strange but let me try to figure it out. Which version of Sonar is this ? and what is your OS ? and perhaps you already told me but what is your audio interface? Or do you simply plug the mic into USB ? In any event perhaps your system cannot use ASIO but the others should still be available.
If you re-boot, surely you can select a different driver mode? If not, there must be an update needed or something.
hmmm
