Her death is NOT a retribution, but the manner in which she died is. Eg. She was the one who instigated / encouraged/ taught LKY to imprison Chia Thye Poh for 30 years. Result? She herself was "imprisoned" in her body for 2 years!

It appears untrue to you because you have not had enough experience in life. What happens to Kwa Geok Choo is a testament to what happen when one does bad things to others. Eg. you imprison others for 30 years, thinking that nobody can imprison you in return. Wrong! A stroke "imprisoned" her in her own body for 2 years. Her plight shows clearly that she is not an idle bystander but the instigator to what LKY supposedly initiated.
