THE MIRACLES OF THE QURAN - 1 - ORBITS AND ROTATING UNIVERSE

While rotating around the sun, the earth follows such an orbit that, every 18 miles, it only deviates 2.8 millimetres from a direct course. The orbit followed by the earth never changes, because even a deviation of 3 millimetres would cause catastrophic disasters: If the deviation were 2.5 mm instead of 2.8 mm, then the orbit would be very large, and all of us would freeze. If the deviation were 3.1 mm, we would be scorched to death.

Another characteristic of heavenly bodies is that they also rotate around their own axes. The verse which reads "[I swear] by Heaven with its cyclical systems," (Qur'an, 86:11) indicates this truth. Naturally, at the time when the Qur'an was revealed, people had no telescopes with which to study bodies millions of kilometres away in space, advanced observation technology or our modern knowledge of physics and astronomy. It was therefore impossible to establish that space had "its oscillating orbits," (Qur'an, 51:7) as described in the verse. Muslims had largest known empire in history when bhagdad was it's capital not only from economics perspective but also from scientific & educational perspective...at tht period who ever wanted to seek knowledge traveled to bhagdad ..tht was time when even EYE operation was there...also it was time when fools in europe were killing women on name of witches..also it was europians + who consider women to cause of all miserableness

@DictaduraNo123 ur doubt is reasonable...bcoz ur birth itself is doubt...Ur mom might have doubted abt father as soon as she heard abt her pregnancy with u .....then ask ur mom abt ur real dad...bcoz in ur society 7to 8 kids out of 10 r bastard so u might be too among them or ur father or ur grandfather might be among them........can u understand y u r so much in doubt....and don't expect to understand u can't bcoz it is for humans and not for monkeys or monkey's family....

@DictaduraNo123 It was year 1258 when mughals attacked bhagdad and killed 1000000 muslim and put fire to entire bhagdad and even made hills of dead human heads. Mughals were not muslim at tht time...it is decades after this attack tht mughals accept islam. Unfortunately it was this time when all precious books in library was burned remember also tht those days paper was introduced to muslim from china but books were still written with hands so only few copies were there...

IF THE QURAN IS SO FULL OF MIRACLES WHY IS IT THAT GOD DIDN'T ALLOW MUSLIMS TO DISCOVER ANYTHING? MUSLIMS ARE "MIRACLE SEEKERS", ALWAYS FINDING MIRACLES OUT OF VERY VAGUE TEXTS FROM THE QURAN BUT WHEN THE QURAN SAYS THINGS AS STUPID AS THE 7 HEAVENS, 41:12, OR THAT "STARS ARE MISSILES TO SHOOT THE DEMONS", 67:5 THEN THEY TRY TO ALLEGORIZE. @DictaduraNo123 Quran is not ONLY a scientific book. It covers almost all aspects of life. 67:5 "And indeed We have adorned the nearest heaven with lamps, and We have made such lamps (as) missiles to drive away the Shayatin (devils), and have prepared for them the torment of the blazing Fire"

But it DOESNT mean that stars are ONLY to drive away demon. See the POWER of Allah Almighty.
