we dont even have a coach at my school. =/. we have to try to teach ourselves by trying to learn from videos. and i was joking about his age, he is very knowledgeable.

don't underestimate the value of experience. He's probably gone through some decades of trial and error, I would bet there are much worse coaches than him.

thats pretty good man. im a senior in high school and ive been vaulting for about 2 or 3 weeks now, and im at 10 ft

I'm a freshman first year vaulting and ive cleared 13ft in practice and 12ft in competition. is that a good start?
