High Blood Pressure (en inglés)

My name is Joan Roberts. I'm 63 years old and I have high blood pressure.
High blood pressure could cause stroke, kidney disease, heart failure, and maybe other complications that I don't even know about.
I've heard people say it's a silent killer and so, when I was diagnosed with it, I felt as though it was just right on time.
The doctor put me on Diovan and he checked my blood pressure, found that it was under control. And I continue to take Diovan and I feel good.
My plan for the future is to continue to work and just enjoy life. And I hope that I'm going to continue to do that for another 63 years.
