SerRAPID, quick-change rotary die cylinder.
The SerRAPID rotary die cylinder speeds die changes to 30 seconds per die via proprietary "mushroom" hold-down mechanisms that
ensure safe and simple die changes and reliable operation. The mushrooms clamp dies in place with over 100 Kg (220 lbs) of
force.
Advantages:
SAVING: die changes in under 30 seconds, without special hardware or tools, reducing downtime and labor costs.
COMPATIBILITY: can be manufactured for any rotary die cutter and made to mount your existing dies.
