Joss at Harvard - Montage & Intro

Prefacing Joss Whedon's speech at the Humanist Award event was a montage put together by the Harvard Secular Society. It kicked off with a very appropriate Firefly clip (who doesn't love this scene?) and went right into, if I may say, a wicked awesome montage of "humanist" (or just funny) clips through Joss' work, though Joss acknowledged almost immediately that the chosen clips lacked balance - most cut off before, e.g., the religious person in the scene got to make a response. Overall, very nice work.

The big cheering moments:

-CWDP: "Oh your God what?" "Well, not my God...etc"
-Xander's "...Now lay me down to sleep..Ohm, Ohmm")
-Buffy and Spike's OMWF kiss (Joss threw in "Buffy really loves Spike" in one of his asides.)
-Angel's "This is why I personally never go to church....I thought it was funny."
-Closing on Puppet!Angel
