this ain't a proxy war ... you guys have totally written off China from the scenario. Manmohan singh's visit to US was a segment of the chain. Russia, even if Afghanistan wins this war, can not retain a super power title now. So this battlefield is between China and US ... and the quieter the China seems in this whole event ... it ain't so. They are solemnly reviewing their options ... one thing is clear now. Pakistan is their target ... but it won't prove that easy. It is a steel tablet ...
