Mega mouse, dunno what kit you have, but my xenon hid kit uses almost three times less amp draw then halogen, the big drain is only upon ignition of a cold bulb, it upscales from 12v dc to 22,000volts ac,

lots of misinformation in this video. Glare is not controled by the bulb but by the housing the bulbs are in. Second most xenon lights use more amps than stock headlights so you will ahve to get a relay kit to prevent your stock headlight harness from melting.
