    The sugar that's in fruit is different than sugar in a lollipop. The sugar that's in a lollipop is about 100 times sweeter than sugar in ripe strawberry or pineapple.

    I've just made my first green smoothie this morning, and put the same amount of ingredients: spinach (only about 2 cups), 1 banana, three strawberries, 1 large apple, and a small orange (tangerine?). I only added 1 cup of water, but I did add another cup of ice at the end...and it's delicious? I'm still drinking it now.
