This features some amazing blue screen work. It almost seems that half this movie was not shot in San Fran at all. But you would never know if you didn't want this....amazing work.

  • Cause we only post clips from the Behind the Scenes. If you want to see the whole thing buy the DVD. But before you do that read our Blog for the review.

  • That part with taxi looks just like GTA 2.

  • Woah! I am completely stunned at the use of effects in this film!! I had no idea that some of the street scenes weren't really filmed where they happened. As always, Fincher is a director who really knows just how to use effects. You know it's good when you have no idea that it's fake. Bravo!

  • So...in the murder scene in the beginning of the film....the whole opening shot is CGI? But the young murdered couple...those are real actors....right? The people themselves are not CGI....right? But the whole city they drive through is....right?

  • Great video keep up the good work.

  • I Love It

  • Pretty good use of CGI. I think i'll have to watch this movie again

  • dude, noticed you liked visual effects videos and i thought you would also like mine.

  • By the way, this is how you use CG the right way, even the CG blood looks like it was shot on-camera...most CG blood in movie looks like crap, that's why I will always prefer real on-camera effects for body hits and such...but these guys in this video did a great job. 1:52

  • @aytches hmm. he was from an upper middle-class background/childhood, and was ALREADY into film (he/his family, as a child LITERALLY lived ACROSS the Road from George Lucas -his film "Zodiac" is almost a postcard to his childhood memories- ), he worked for Lucas, BUT obviously was not a fan of Lucas (EXACT QUOTE, after working extensively on "Return of the Jedi", from "Rebels on the Backlot" interview with David Fincher: "That Movie sucked shit through a straw. It's terrible".)...

  • If I made the film I do it basis on all the suspects not just Aurthur Allen Lee. That an put the camera on the killer so you can see it from his prospective view an see him writing codes an letters.
