This would've been all avoided if crawford sent baumgartner or some scrub to end moore. I'd prefer naslund, morrison, bertuzzi, ohlund and jovocop over sedin, sedin, some random winger, edler, and that guy who's injured 80% of the time. It ain't about the points or the wins, it's about style.

get over the moore thing everyone. moore elbowed naslund in the head a week prior to the incident and naslund sustained serious injuries. big bert was doing what enforcers do, and that is stick up for the finesse players on his team. i am in no way saying what bert did was right nor do i agree with what he did, but cut the guy some slack; he apologized and cleaned his game up since. anyone from detroit who watches the wings regularly will agree with me
