well during the construction of the route from San Jose to San fransisco, there going have to close down the caltrain, and lease Busses that can transport Caltrain passenger to their destination. or build a temporary station on the union pacific or santa Fe route for the caltrain but they'll have to elliminate the baby bullet express untill the structure is finish because they will share the amtrak and freight train route.
