As much as I love Kurt, he was a damaged person. He had been for many years. Courtney adored him as he did her but it wasn't enough for him to overcome his own demons. Shame but shit happens.

@AlwaysScaredShitless A lot of these people would rarther belive what they read in books than learn about the guy for real. At the end of the day they are just jelous that Courtney was the one Kurt loved and not his fans. And they'll never know him like she did and that makes all their preteen selves very mad because in their world only they understand him. But they were not there and they don't know squat about what they were like together.

@funnychick246 My husband read the book. Perhaps, Kurt wanted to leave her. I believe he probably said it and wouldn't be with her today--no offense Courtney. But I don't think he would like public bashing of his family. As for missing credit cards, I am confused. However, you are nicer than these other people. Thanks for the response. I am ok with critique of Kurt Cobain or Courtney Love. I just didn't like the "reaming" on her or him by others, as he is dead.

@funnychick246 LOL! The credit card which supposedly was missing was an American Express Black Card which American Express says did not exist until after Kurt's death even though there were rumors about it's existence among the elite before his death. I saw Kurt's and was a proto type to the one used today. It was black with only numbers across the middle, his name and the Amex logo on the back.

@Thecrazyeditor Thanks, you too.

@Boddahism I suppose I would have to say that "I stand corrected." This story sounds more plausible than Kurt Cobain taking his life. Enjoy the holidays.

long live MILEY!!!!

@Thecrazyeditor Kurt took on J.D. Salinger's Holden Caulfield from Catcher in the Rye for part of his public persona. Kurt at one time desired to be an actor. If you believe those things about Kurt which he himself released to the public, then he was successful. It was actually my cousin who killed himself on Feb 25 after being released from rehab. Kurt returned from Rome after the Mar 4th (my mother's bday) supposed suicide attempt & I told him about my cousin. Kurt knew the coroner.
what is the music at the beginning?

@conservy Hello, it's not a song, it's only an introduction:
"Throughout you know the same
Every night you know her name
No one knows you by your name
You've been raped still, just the same"
