IDK if this will go through. I had no brain power left to choose music, so I used one of the usual songs, twice, plus one questionable one, and I wanted to post it tonight, so if it don't go thru, then I'll have to audio swap, at this point, but know I had Halloween on my mind.
I didn't do my usual tricks but my lil minx has finally seen it's final days and sadly no $ right now to buy a new one, so I have been taking it so easy and avoiding big tricks out of fear and just lack of time anyhow, lol.
so sorry to not be around so long. I have been extremely busy with life and trying to bring in some income (NOTHING to do with this stuff, but maybe soon), but I'll need to work out more. I can count on 1 hand how many times I have PD-ed since my last vid. I taped them but never put them up. I get sore now when I do do a work out, but at least I know the body doesn't forget.
no massive tricks here, and just a funky cyber punk type of outfit. no chair hops or anything...maybe at X-MAS time, should I have a new pole by then, If santa claus can afford it (plz God), but time is soooo tough to come by, now that my sweeties are older. almost 8 mo (WAH!).
This pole is ripping my ceiling apart and has came out completely a couple of times, unscrewing itself, and one part I had to get replaced not long ago, but then another bomb hit, and it's just not safe any longer.
It did give me some real good times tho:)
I love you girls and guys so much. I have forgotten NOONE, and am sorry for the delay, it's been a crazy summer. Hope everyone had a crazy fun day!

@Superegio42 I let this go thru, just because your a freakin moron, and I thought others, might like to see, what an idiot that you are. ANOREXIC? hardly. That isn't skinny, it's called average...normal, etc. Don't call it 'No hate', when it clearly is some form of hate, i just have to wonder what kind?

invert at 5:34 up into the Scorpio and then the Scorpio split. NICE! I liked 4:48 --the split grip aysha developed from the Scorpio. The split grip aysha is still mt nemesis and I can't figure out how to get into it. I watched your split grip preparation tutorial over the weekend MANY times for practice advice and I am doing your prep exercises. I liked both reverse planks--nice variation on the superman entrances there. My favorite combo was at 9:32 --the Aysha from the Tammy/Eros. Beautiful!

@Poledancefan Thanks babe...you always were, are, and will forever be..the bomb! My 5yo loves you to. (As well you know). YEAH I would have liked to pull out the chair...you know me, but I'm a bit frightened of the pole situation, but we'll see. Maybe hub can rig it nice enough for a christmas special:) I haven't been on the pole, since I posted this. I hate feelin like I'm getting weak. YUCK, but it comes back. The body never really forgets. Hope you had a terrific holiday!

After you got warmed up there at the end, you were really on a ROLL...lol, I was half expecting that chair to come out for some flying leaps and other "derring-do." But seriously, Shelly, you are still as hot and as magical on that pole as EVER! Just the fact that you can stll so so many one handed holds in a poling session is a testament to how strong you are. Loved that crunch spin to the apprentice and tilted straddle at 4:05 . I had forgotten that signature move of yours..the recliner...

@Poledancefan Bless you friend. Oh how I have missed you:) HAPPY THANKSGIVING DEAR! Bless you. you made me smile, seriously. Yeah the pole finally got uncold and slick, and then play time over *WAH*. Sadly my hubs hours got put back, and now I have hardly NO time to pole b4 he has to go lay down for work. It used to be much later. I need a new pole because this one is shot, so it scares me a bit to use. Doesn't look like it's in santas budget, lol....
