This is a 2 disc set of recordings of seminars given by Reilly Bodycomb (grappling and leg lock coach for NY Combat Sambo) designed to help contemporary submission grapplers integrate these leg attacks into their own game by breaking them down into a succinct, easy to understand system.
As opposed to a random compilation of techniques, these seminars were focused on bringing a more structured approach to the lower body submission game, and simplifying the principles that most non-sambo based grapplers are unfamiliar with. Aside from basic leg control drills and tactics, this 2 disc set also covers aggressive entries into leg locks from multiple positions and proper finishes to the toe hold, heel hook, knee bar and the most misunderstood leg submission, the Achilles ankle lock.

I'm mainly into striking (Karate, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, etc) But as far as grappling goes I like Judo and Sambo. It's something about Sambo that seems to flow with the striking arts.

Illegal in gi brazilian Jiu Jitsu or beginner no gi even, anything else its all go my friend.

Oh, I knew there would be an insult somewhere in there. I'm very glad you're open minded and I am not Mr. Black Belt. 80% of the tournaments do not allow these subs, and saying that doesn't mean I'm not open minded, it just means they wouldn't apply in about 80% of the tournaments worldwide. So next time you leave a comment for me, try to be a little more open minded. And btw, the comment was meant for the video maker not you, but thank you for your input, buddy.

@crystalnrich Are not seeing seeing all the tournament footage here??? If you're doing straight BJJ tournies they dont allow it, but all Submission Grappling tournaments (i.e. Naga, Grapplers Quest, EFG, ect.) allow these holds, I have this set and get a lot of these holds...please be a little more open minded.......

All these footlocks are illegal in tournaments. Why would I buy this? I mean, in the street I would, but I never really fight in the streets, only in tournaments.
