Gilbert is a legend and this up and coming season [09/10] he be more ready than ever! He's been working out with tim grover at attack athletics and grover states that he is ready physically mentally and just in his overall game to have a phenomenal year. Like dywane wade did the previous year accept better!

Yeah, I saw those vids from Gil's rehab the other day. Grover is probably the best man to help him. He worked out MJ during his years in the league. He knows the game and how to incorporate the right specific training for basketball players. I can't wait to see Gil back :D

Gilbert and the wizards will be the best in the eastern conference, or at least no higher then #3. Also with the addition of Oberto thats big because he is a veteran who knows how to play and can give you 10 to 15 minutes, plus everyone will be healthy next year unless they get injured again. Wizards have enough talent to make it to the finals and are one of the deepest teams in the league, with Miller and Foye coming to D.C.
