hahahah Love the video... We're always getting called tools so we made our own workout video too. Everytime we went to the gym we would post "tool time" as our status, so we made a video to explain what "tool time" was. Check it out:

@WTUE123456 A-Rab goin in on the verse cause I never been small and I wont stop now. Just lost some weight, tryin to get a date, and Im looking real cut with my body fat down. I never ate out there, because theyre proteins wack. Blame it on those trans fats, because grilled chickens back.

My muscles workin fast twitch, built with amino acids. Recruit those muscle fibers that myosin and actin. Im always workin out. Im always in the gym. Gettin jackeds what im about, never lookin thin. 500 grams of protein, and carbs, eat none of them.
