Just search for "Ergotron LX" at Amazon and you'll find all of their products. Really great stuff.
I just got a second 23'' screen and hooked up my MacBookPro and the 2nd screen on the "Ergotron LX Dual Desk Mount" besides the existing wall mounted screen.
Will post an updated video somewhen next month..

it's mounted to the wall. 2 screws were not enough (u can see the 2 wholes from 0:04 till 0:13) - cause of my wall - but with 6 screws it's doing it's job perfectly!
i just posted a second vid feat. the Pivot-mode of the Ergotron-LCD-Arm.
