One night around 2AM we were awakened by very loud noise coming from the garage downstairs. We live in a five-plex and when I went down with my camera, I found our nutty neighbor just trying to make noise and wake us up. She always gets mad when she hears any sound at all. Walking up the stairs, a closing door, breathing. It all makes her crazy. It seems that she has finally broken.
