@superugly1000 Actually, you're going off what your eyes see. You like flashy plays on espn. Statically speaking, Melo is better than Lebron overall. Even when they were on the same team(USA). Carmelo was considered the most all around on that team by many analysts.
And another fun fact: In high school with Lebron's superteam, guess who beat them in the championship...

I love both guys, but I do have to say one thing... I agree with Kobe when he called Melo the hardest defensive cover in the NBA.
Kobe said that because... Melo is a guy who can hit any shot any time on any one. His is arguably the most versitile and well rounded scorer in the leauge.
He can post up, his mid range is amazing, he can hit the 3, he can shoot off the dribble, he can shoot off the pass. There litterally isnt a shot he can't make.
