~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~EDIT~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Assen, Netherlands -- This race was red flagged on lap 12 when Yamaha Motor Germany's Christian Kellner crashed on the oil of his own R6 at the braking area for the first chicane. A further six riders were to fall victim of the oil in short order, red-flagging the race. Kellner suffered a dislocated bone in his neck, but was fortunate to escape much more serious injury. A trackside marshal received a compound fracture of his leg after being struck by a crashing bike, the race was called a result from the end of lap 11.
  • im a mechanic of idm (int. german champi...)
    kellner is very fast and ok today
  • @ARDthelad What a load of shit Isle of man TT spec 600,s after a 2 mile straight are only doing about 175mph
    You must be thinking of the 600 on your Xbox!!!
  • he's not death but nearly death
  • @ARDthelad No it can't! Anybody who knows anything about sports motorcycles will know that a 600 supersport bike, whether over the counter or full spec racer CAN'T do 205mph. That's a simple fact. If you think otherwise you are doing nothing but fooling yourself. You and anybody else who claims that a 600 will do 205mph is nothing more than a bar room bullshitter. I've raced and I DO know what I'm talking about. Grow up!
  • @PoltroonPoltroon On the Supersport bike can go 205mph because they have racing specs even so my R6 supersport can go 205mph so yeah i know it may look bullshit but it actually is the truth, you can ask other supersport riders including me so you know it the truth...
  • @PoltroonPoltroon so much bullshit arguments, he probably just made a little mistake and said mph instead of kph
  • @DoubleJayyy Yes...production 600's can do 170mph, but to suggest that a few over the counter add-ons will suddenly turn that 600 into a 200+mph machine is fantasy in the extreme. I've been on and around bikes for decades. I know what I'm talking about. You won't find any MotoGP magazine telling you that a Supersport bike will do 200+. If you don't know the facts, then it's best not to comment.
  • @PoltroonPoltroon Uhmmm... Okay old man, listen here. I've been riding for not too long lol but i have friends who go at 174mph on R6's. You really dont know how many aftermarket parts they be putting in there. I know 205 sounds alot and im not saying hes lying but it CAN be true. If you still didnt know Supersport bikes went that fast, then u need a MotoGP magazine my friend.
  • @DoubleJayyy Heyyyy there prick! As I've raced for 20 years I know what a race bike is and what it can do. A 600cc SuperSport CAN'T do 205mph. Besides, what does acceleration have to do with top speed. Dumb ass! LOL!
  • @PoltroonPoltroon Heyyy there, if you didnt know, TRACK bikes are modded ;) they could go from 1-60 in just 3 seconds... so STFU !
