Rick's Adventure Legends - Part 371 Avatar of Light vs Volgon III

And so, after long long... long long long... last, this wraps up chapter 3. Again, tons of stuff I wanted to do had to be stripped out to make this get done in this life span, but the important story elements are all in there. Now to get some site updates and poke around MMNR again. I'm sure there'll be some questions or ponderings, as always toss'm in the comments or my forum. Happy holidays ^_^

So, is Hope an actual thing/character? Will it appear in the comic again, and will the weapon it used to defeat Volgon be explained?

@Dovahgiinge - Hope is a character planned for MMN:Gaia Mission (if anyone remembers her mentioned from the forum thread about said game). She will be explained a bit better in the comic shortly after it jumps from FF7 to Mega's world again. The Final Weapon Mega made for Hope doesn't have a natural form since it's the sum of all weapons and magics Light's relics have gathered from across existence combined. So if Hope wants to use any particular skill, Final Weapon changes to become it.

wish i could take some of the workload off of ya, but i cant. so all i can say is thanks. thanks for making these even after i thought the series was dead.

also, can ya tell me a few of the things you wanted in here that you took out? id imagine it wasnt a fun decision to make.

@solar464 - I wanted to have the smurf do more things like from the games: a run and gun scene, sliding in between to halves of a planet Volgon threw, a time stop battle, more hand to hand scenes while still in the Archon, actually show Final Weapon summoning Hope, show Hope laying the overpowering beat down on Volgon, let Volgon get in a few more hits, Final Missile was intended to be tons of streaks of homing lights like in all the good mecha series. Just to name a few off the top of my head.
