Well yes Samoyeds do have a lot of fur.. they have a double coat, so shedding could be a problem for you if your husband is allergic. They require daily brushing, and they blow their coats twice a year. Jasper hasn't gotten to that point yet because he's only a puppy, but that will come soon enough!
