@bien51 you could get it by using and e reader and a bass card that was given in japan with a movie, but i did with a gameshark code that does the same thing as using the e reader and card

It recycles the last navi chip you used if I remember correctly.

@Bloodykeyblade besides just doing 150 dmg it recycles ur navi chips and uses them right then and there but i dont know if its all or if its a set amount

Uh, I don't want to be a hater...but I'm sorry that really was not very good..you LOST more hp than he had to begin with >.< That fight is entirely possible to win without having a huge amount of hp, I know because I did so with 1400 hp. (1000 hp + navcust programs)
Granted I used program advances and you didn't..but still...that wasn't very good fighting on your part.
