July 2007, Shooting guard, Lemar Durant age 14, puts on a show, proving age is nothing but a number as he and his team-mates from BEST take on and beat Nelson u17 team in Kelowna's Okanagan Summer Heat Tournament, July 28-29, 2007. BEST had a fantastic performance playing with collaboration of just 3 u17 players, Aston May, Hamid Aziz and Reinnier Martin, and the rest u15, Clement Choong, Nikolay Georgiev, Ralph Samaniego, Ben George, Justin Gelera, Mark Engelke to name a few, with remarkable performances. Chemistry and teamwork resulted in a nice win, and BEST beating ALL 3 u17 teams in the tournament.
