This is really great! I listen to it and hum along with "ahhh ohhh mmm" and the last part tickles my lips. Also, I have a special headband that Holds an amethyst and small double-terminated quarts crystal on my third eye brow chakra while I'm doing this meditation.

@cashmoneyhussle2010 he posts loads of free material online. You have access to it, so I see no con in that. The course is a structured set of exercises, I paid for it and don't regret it, you don't have to, and can simply browse throu FREE videos on his channel, before starting name-calling.

I haven't listen to this yet. Why are some people saying this meditation is dangerous? What is the risk anyway?

@xXTawiTawiChanXx They're dumb don't worry about it.. they have no idea about mantras, the power of the human organism.. the raising of the kundalini.. I promise you just listening to me chanting AUM can only have positive effects.. if it feels too strong and you are in physical pain then stop.. but it will not have any dangerous side effects only good ones !

@xTrappedUnderIcex Well.. just relax yourself more.. try to focus your thoughts entirely on your breath as you do this.. so that you only are focusing your mind on the breath in and out in and out.. too much disturbed thought or emotional energy can prevent meditation from being effective.. but if you can practice a meditative state through focusing on the breath then this can be very effective for you.
