I had the same kind of cards when I was little? My parents bought them from a dollar store. They also sold fake yugioh cards that did the same exact thing.

@japles16 ya, but i dont think they are supposed to be stickers, I think they are like counterfeit cards, and they are "stickers" because that is a cheap technique to print shiny cards.
