At comic con 2009, there was much talk and speculation about a mysterious tea party being thrown by Disney. For information on said party, one would have to check the Twitter page. It was finally announced when and where the party was to be held, and I hurried to get a ticket!

The event was not a simple tea party, but a Promotional walk through for Disney's and Tim Burton's upcoming film, Alice in Wonderland.

The walk through featured many props which appeared in the movie, including many costumes of various characters, wigs, weapons, and miniature set designs.

I do not own Alice in Wonderland or anything appearing in this video, except for myself and the clothes I was wearing at the time XD

  • That's absolutely gorgeous. That movie is far too long of a wait. MARCH OF NEXT YEAR; It's merrily impossible. :O

Though, I must ask, how was it to handle the Twilight fans next door?

  • I agree. By then I'll be so angsty I won't know what to do with myself.

And the Twilight fans made me very annoyed. I talked to someone who spent the night there to get into the Alice panel, and she said the fans were being very disrespectful, talking when any non-twilight people were doing a panel, screaming over anyone they liked so you couldn't hear them talking anyway. Johnny Depp was afraid to come out again cause the Twilight fans scared him.

  • No mustard!!! Was there butter?

  • Thanks so much for posting this...I'm really excited to see Burton's movie and this must have been a fun experience.

  • Ugh, doesn't surprise me. Of course, I actually enjoy the books and plan on finishing them, and I can't wait to see New Moon, but some fans go way too far over the edge and they frighten me to no ends. Poor Johnny; I'm actually surprised, though, that he would be a little afraid after PotC.

Either way, AiW looks AH-mazing. 7 months and 13 days away. :)

  • I don't know, I disagree, some of the Twilight fans were respectful and had common sense. They weren't all bad. The ones that thought they were somehow superior to everyone else at comic con just because they were ONLY there to see Twilight and not the rest of comic con were annoying though. :D

    oh well.

  • It looks really amazing!! I can't wait for the movie!! Thank you so much for upload this!

  • thank you for putting this up!

  • Holy crap! I adore Alice's dress!
